Final responsibility for regulatory compliance rests with the motor carrier/client at all times.
4. No Guarantee of Outcomes
While we apply our knowledge and experience to help clients identify and address compliance gaps, Axlepoint Compliance does not guarantee:
- Passage of any FMCSA audit, compliance review, or safety rating
- Prevention of any citation, fine, or Out-of-Service order
- Any specific business outcome resulting from our services
Regulatory compliance is an ongoing responsibility that depends on the client's continued adherence to applicable rules, accurate information sharing, and operational practices outside our direct control.
5. Client Responsibilities
By engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documentation as requested
- Maintain responsibility for the day-to-day compliance of your drivers, vehicles, and operations
- Use any advice, checklists, templates, or reports provided by Axlepoint Compliance at your own discretion and judgment
- Independently verify critical compliance decisions where appropriate, including consulting a licensed attorney for legal matters
